The Prague Pride association is represented in boards, commissions and committees, where it stands for the rights of the LGBT people.
The Czech Republic’s government Council for Human Rights
This is a regular government structure for matters regarding the protection of human rights and basic liberties. It has been working since 1998.

The Committee for Sexual Minorities
This structure is a continuation of the Working Group for Sexual Minorities questions, which was founded in 2007 and carried out an analysis of the situation of LGBT people in the Czech Republic. That analysis includes specific measures to improve the situation of the LGBT people in the country.

Work Group for the Prevention of HIV/AIDS set up by the Prague city hall
This work group was originally set up to prepare a city action plan to implement the National Program to solve the HIV/AIDS problem in the Czech Republic in 2018-2022. That city plan included among others Prague’s joining the Fast-Track Cities initiative. Prague became its member on Dec. 5, 2019. The work group now focuses on specific goals of the city’s effort against HIV/AIDS.

The Coordination Work Group of the National HIV/AIDS program
This group’s responsibility is to coordinate nationwide efforts based on the National Program to solve the HIV/AIDS problem in the Czech Republic 2018-2022. Prague Pride and its interests are directly represented in it, as Petr Kalla is a member of the Coordination Work Group.
Work group focused on the LGBT community in social services operating under the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs
The working group is implemented within the MLSA Development of the Social Services System project and started its activities in 2020. Its goal is to create methodological material especially for social service providers and other important actors in the field of social work, and to eliminate possible discrimination against the LGBT community in social services. .
