Poradenství v LGBT+ Komunitním centru (CZ/EN)

Nabízíme bezplatnou a anonymní konzultaci pro LGBT+ lidi a jejich blízké. Věnujeme se tématům přímo spojeným se životem LGBT+ lidí, jako jsou coming out nebo genderová identita, probrat s námi ale můžete i témata menšinového stresu, která se na život LGBT+ osob často vážou. V rámci konzultací nabízíme bezpečné a respektující prostředí bez předsudků a hodnocení. Je anonymní a naši pracovníci*e zachovávají mlčenlivost. Reagujeme na skutečnost, že LGBT+ lidé mají mnohdy komplikovaný přístup ke službám, protože narážejí na předsudky a odmítání, se kterým se většinová společnost nesetkává. Nejste v tom sami*y a nejste na to sami*y.

Konzultace jsou pro lidi od 11 let a konají se na adrese LGBT+ Komunitního centra, Železná 18, Praha 1. Službu poskytujeme zdarma a pomáháme nejen LGBT+ lidem, ale také jejich blízkým.

Čas konzultace je třeba si předem domluvit v tomto formuláři. Na poradenství se na vás těší Adam Šindelář. Adam Šindelář působil osm let jako peer mentor v poradně sbarvouven.cz. V současnosti vede podpůrné skupiny. Má humanitní vzdělání (CMTF UPOL), pedagogické minimum a je frekventantem psychoterapeutického výcviku Terapie v postmoderně.

We offer free anonymous consultations for LGBT+ people and their friends and families. We focus on topics directly connected to the lives of LGBT+ individuals, such as coming out or gender identity. You can also discuss issues related to minority stress, which often affects LGBT+ people. Our consultations provide a safe and respectful environment free of prejudice and judgment. They are completely anonymous, and our staff members maintain confidentiality.

We recognize that LGBT+ people often face barriers when accessing services due to prejudice and rejection, challenges that the majority population does not typically encounter. You are not alone and don’t have to face these issues alone.

Consultations are available for people aged 11 and older at the LGBT+ Community Center, Železná 18, Prague 1. This service is free of charge and is offered not only to LGBT+ individuals but also to their loved ones.

He currently facilitates support groups, holds a degree in the humanities (CMTF UPOL), has completed a teaching qualification program, and is undergoing psychotherapeutic training in Postmodern Therapy.
