Vměstě – movie screening (RUS)

Vměstě is a Russian-speaking group that is dedicated mainly to queer migrants and refugees in the Czech Republic.

We organize meetings to connect Russian-speaking LGBT+ people in Czechia for mutual psychological support. We also organise Speaking Club meetings to ease integration, book exchange, board games and other fun free-time activities to build the community and ensure better mental well-being.

This event invites participants to critically analyze the role of propaganda in perpetuating gender norms and examine how language can serve as a tool for both oppression and resistance.
